You've had to cope with them offline, but the anonymity of the internet, or just the fact they are thousands of miles away and behind a keyboard seems to give them the idea they can behave badly and get away with it.

Too many do get away with it because they know how to play the victim act whenever they are caught or someone stands up to them.
