Bullies VS. Humans

There's more than one use for those speakers that people put in their cars and use to blast out their own eardrums.  People like that are always at the throats of anyone who will cooperate and submit to them in any way. 

One funny thing about bullies versus human beings.  Human beings aren't inclined to report others over small matters.  Bullies exert what they think of as their superiority by tattling on every small thing that a human being does.  They will lie and embellish.  If they do anything and you tell on them, they claim that you are a "tattletale" and usually lie to get out of well-deserved trouble.  If a human being is caught actually having done something wrong, the human being almost always confesses.
