When I went to pay for my new "ducky muck" shoes in Goodwill, the

STUPID girl behind the counter said "oh, do you hunt?"

WHAT?!?!! (excuse me while I throw up)

I said "I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT HUNT!!! I'm part of a duck RESCUE

network that SAVES ducks and that's what these shoes are for!!!"

The STUPID girl says "oh, I raise my ducks to eat them... but, I have

a pet turkey I'd never dream of eating."

It took every ounce of energy I had to not jump across the counter at

this STUPID white-trash redneck woman... I just had to say "we don't

need to discuss this issue any more then... I don't eat birds, I'm a

vegetarian."

Sometimes it's really hard for this city girl living in the "Redneck

Riviera"...

Oh, heaven forbid someone raise an animal, know exactly what's in it, and

then...gasp..eat it!! What a bunch of crap...

And what's with "duck rescue" anyways? I mean..we have about a bizillion

ducks around here-They've upped the hunting season length because there are

so many! What's next? Deer rescue? Yeah..we need to save more of those

suckers so they can stand in the middle of the damn road at midnight and

cause more accidents!!! Geesh..just what the hood of my car needs..more

deer...

You see, Rebeca, the "rescues" want to "rescue" ducks and deer from humanity

so they can die out in the wild from overpopulation and starvation as well

as disease, and even more importantly, those ducks need to be "saved" from

hunters so they can get ripped apart alive by wolves and coyotes that need

to eat and are far more cruel at killing than any human hunter worth his/her

salt! Now THAT is "compassion"!

:P

Geez, that "rescuer" post is going into the 'terminally stupid' section of

the site I'm working on. Duckgirl should've been shown the door for throwing

such an idiotic fit over a simple question.

Think i'll start a group to rescue tadpoles. Or maybe lettuce. Or slugs...I know I'll start rescuing and rehoming Flies. Anyone want to send me your hard earned money for this cause? I'm not sure what I should charge for an adoption fee. $25.00 ?

I have an almost unnatural aversion to ticks, so while you're at it, could

you please rehome them to another area of the country...specifically

wherever that "city girl living in the redneck riviera" lives (the one who

was horrified that someone actually eats duck), that's be good!

My boyfriend in in South Dakota pheasant hunting this week...I can't wait to

cook pheasant...yum!!!

haha, have a good one!

Drat Jasmine, okay, you can do the mosquito rescue! Ticks are spoken for as

well I see, so, hmmmmm, I'll start one for hornets!

Oh, and maybe a germ and virus one as well, after all, those poor viruses

have a right to live without abuse and getting slaughtered too!

Hehe! You're welcome, and oh yes, definitely, those poor lost mosquitoes!

Roflol! I'm taking in hornets and people wanting to "adopt" babies will have

to put down a 10$ deposit, adoption fee is 100$ altogether! Oh, and I don't

breed, just collect the babies from the backyard nests of all the backyard

hornet breeders!

You're not going to ..gasp..BREED these mosquitoes are you??!!! These BABIES

need our love. We need to save them ALL, and nurture and love them! I can

t buy new shoes for my kid, but we'll have 50 billion friggin' mosquitoes

saved and counting! All of our money should go towards the skeeters!!! You

re just using them to make a quick buck! What kind of a "buggy mill" are

you running? I'm going to call all of my friends, and we'll sneek in and

release these winged KIDS! I'll also call Florida reps, and see what they

ll do! You know, the mosquito is Florida's state bird!! So now the whole

state of Florida hates you!! ROFLMAO !!!

statements in this post, Rebeca! I'm including this thread in the humor

Can we do raids on homes where we think they have fly strips hanging?

I know of several barns we can raid !

Those horrible farmers don't care what they are doing when they hang those things up !!

I think we should make a video of the torture those flys endure once they are STUCK on the strips and take minutes to die.!!!

Maybe we can get the national geographic channel to air the video or do you think it may traumatize some viewers ????
